IGBO GOVERNORS CAMPAIGN FOR OBASANJO: NNAMANI SPENDS N400M The group of 16 legislators in Enugu House of Assembly, led by Mr. K.I.K Ogbozor, has alleged that the state Governor, Dr Chimaroke Nnamani, spent N400 million on President Olusegun Obasanjo re-election rally, while it has months of unpaid salaries to civil servants. (Vanguard)		ABACHA FAMILY STALLS $2BN DEBT BUY-BACK The Federal Government's attempt to buy-back about $2 billion worth of its debt obligations with the London Club, through a Dutch Auction, and reduce overall external indebtedness has been stalled following the discovery that a portion of the bonds is held by associates of the late Head of State, General Sani Abacha.
