Ohanaeze Cabal is Guilty of Anti-Igbo Sabotage and Perfidy: Says Igbo National Assembly (INA), APGA
On what account would the Ohanaeze cabal go as far as issuing a press statement against the function of APGA and the Igbo National Assembly if not to sabotage it?, they queried. In fact, at the Nnewi forum, Chief Chekwas Okorie, Chairman of APGA, further put the Ohanaeze in a tight corner when he explained that the party had actually debunked the story about the alleged plan by Ojukwu to swear himself in days before the statement of Ohanaeze, and wondered why the body was not aware of the denial if it actually were abreast with the political situation in the country as suggested by its controversial statement.

Last week, the INA itself came out with a stronger statement in condemnation of the Igbo group, describing it as terminally ill. The body wondered why Ohanaeze would keep mum for the past five months only to break its silence by discussing about the new body, particularly when there were more than, as it claimed, 1,000 Igbo socio-cultural associations.
