ELECTIONS WILL NOT BE SHIFTED — GUOBADIA
The INEC Chairman, Dr Abel Guobadia, has ruled out
the possibility of postponing next month’s elections. Speaking on an NTA 2 live interview programme, One-on-One,
today, Guobadia said the commission was acting in accordance with the provisions of the 1999 Constitution. "The
constitution says we should hold elections not earlier than 60 days before and not later than 30 days to the end
