Mustapha, King of Yoruba: Al-Mustapha shocks Obasanjo, calls hotline from prison
Some senior Presidency officials are under investigation over their alleged role in the recent “security breaches” which led to the transfer of Major Hamza al-Mustapha (rtd) from Kirikiri maximum security prisons by the Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI). However, indications emerged last night that the lawmakers may cut short their vacation for an emergency session on the issue. The committees were for the third time, unable to meet on Tues due to the absence of members of the Senate’s... (Daily Times)

murder-for-hire-kalu-oyaje-anenih-obasanjo-daboh-balogunAn unemployed 25-year-old man, named Davies Idede Oyaje, made a startling allegation Sunday in Lagos which has rekindled the claim by Abia State Governor Orji Uzor Kalu that some powerful forces plot to snuff out his life. Anenih has severally denied it and has already sued Kalu for defamation. Oyaje made the fresh allegation in an affidavit and repeated it before newsmen that former works and housing minister, Tony Anenih, contracted him and two others to assassinate Kalu.
