Legal luminary, Chief Gani Fawehinmi (SAN) has
described as unconstitutional Justice Abdullahi Liman’s order summoning Gov. Joshua Dariye of Plateau State to
appear before him to answer criminal charges. Chief Fawehinmi said the action of the Federal High Court judge,
Kaduna in summoning Dariye to answer to money laundering charges levelled against him by the Economic and Financial
Crimes Commission (EFCC), offended Section 308 of the constitution which dwells on immunity from prosecution for
