Confusion ensued yesterday when home of Mr Ralph
Uwazurike, the leader of the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) was raided
by the men and officers of the Imo State Police Command. Although the police were said to have shot guns, it could
not be confirmed if anybody was hurt by it. The raid was at the home of Uwazurike in Okwe, Onuimo local government
area.
In the course of the raid, 38 persons were reportedly arrested, but the whereabout of Uwazurike was not yet known
as at the time of filing this report. The police raid is coming barely two months after the Imo State Command
of the State Security Service (SSS) raided Uwazurike's home. The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Imo State,
